Pamela brings to King Solutions, Inc. more than 25 years of business experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial roles in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco. Over a 16 year period, Pamela held both local and national positions at Lancôme Cosmetics.

Her experience includes: business and relationship development, sales coaching, educational program design, and professional consulting. In 2006, Pamela founded Inside/Out Coaching, and in 2008, became certified as a professional co-active coach through Coaches Training Institute.

Whether it’s tackling the obstacles of a growing business, transitioning to a new life or navigating through corporate culture, Pamela believes that coaching provides her clients with a perfect environment to explore all the choices available to them in order to achieve their short and long-term goals.
