Ian is currently the Acting President of the ADHD Coaches Organization and is the Past President of the Chicago Chapter of the International Coach Federation.

About Prabha Chandrasekhar, Cross-Cultural Coach, PCC

Prabha brings to King Solutions, Inc. her varied experiences of having worked in India both in the corporate sector and having a private life coaching practice. She also currently serves on faculty as a Learning Leader at the International Coach Academy where she facilitates life coaches to discover themselves, grow, and learn the skills of life coaching.

Prabha feels that feeling empowered is fundamental to taking action and moving forward in life. Her clients go through the process of feeling empowered and realizing their dreams.

Cultural Diversity Coaching and Transition Coaching are two of her strengths. As a Cross Culture Trainer and Coach at Global Adjustments, India, her experience included working with companies like ABN AMRO, Covansys, Cognizant Technologies, Ericsson - where she enabled expatriats to make a smooth transition to a new culture and way of life. Her Transition Coaching clients include those who are making changes in their jobs or personal lives.

In the corporate sector as a Library and Knowledge Management professional, her clients included: the International Labour Office, India, World Wide Fund for Nature, India and the Tata Energy Research Institute, India.

She graduated from the International Coach Academy in 2007 and got her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in 2009. Her other interests include writing, travelling, and art.

About Sivam Chandrasekhar, Professional Certified Coach, PCC

Chandra, as he normally likes to be called, started his professional career as a Chemical Engineer and has more than a decade of corporate and business experience in the US and more than 35 years of business and executive experience in India. In these multi cultural work environments he has enjoyed playing multifaceted roles in policy making, research, development, project design and supervision, venture capital funding and leadership, for central government agencies and companies, both in the public and private sectors.

With his main strengths in connecting and relating to people and a great passion to interact with people and make a difference in their lives, he changed his career focus to psychology and life coaching. Chandra has more than a decade of counseling, relationship, compassionate and transformational coaching experience in both clinical and non-clinical work environments. He graduated from the International Coach Academy in 2007 as a certified professional coach (CPC) and is one of the first two ICF credentialed, professional certified coaches (PCC) in India, with his wife, Prabha, being the other one.

Chandra enjoys working not only with groups and teams, but also with individuals, on a one to one basis. He is humbled and enriched by his joyful and exciting roles as a life coach and mentor, business and executive coach, global citizen, husband, son, brother, father and a grandfather.

About Pamela Marte, Networking Specialist & Transitions Coach, CPCC

Pamela brings to King Solutions, Inc more than 25 years of business experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial roles in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco. Over a 16 year period, Pamela held both local and national positions at Lancôme Cosmetics. Her experience includes: business and relationship development, sales coaching, educational program design, and professional consulting. In 2006, Pamela founded Inside/Out Coaching, and in 2008, became certified as a professional co-active coach through Coaches Training Institute.

Whether it’s tackling the obstacles of a growing business, transitioning to a new life or navigating through corporate culture, Pamela believes that coaching provides her clients with a perfect environment to explore all the choices available to them in order to achieve their short and long-term goals.
