ADMISSION IS FREE TO ALL COACHES. (ICF Member & Non-Member)

Now’s your chance to check out the CCF meetings, meet new and amazing coaches, have some holiday cookies and punch, and leave with something you can take back to your clients and use in your coaching.

5:30 - 6:15 pm  Networking:  Participate in our 1st annual “COACHING BOOK EXCHANGE”

Celebrate the holiday season of gift giving by bringing a coaching related book or audio that you don’t need any more and exchange it for another. Bring two, take home two. It’s that easy, fun, and everyone gets a present.  And of course, plenty of time to mingle with new and familiar faces, increase your coaching network and maybe even find your next coaching partner. All while enjoying some tasty holiday treats.

6:15 - 6:30 pm  Your CCF Chapter News

Hear about the latest CCF developments and opportunities. AND be the first to hear about our big super coaching event that we’re planning and how YOU can be a part of it.

6:30 - 8:00 pm  "Golden Nuggets from the 14th ICF Annual Conference"

Our year of monthly meetings comes to a close with our “best of” from the ICF Conference. CCF Members who attended the conference will bring back and share with you the best of the conference keynotes, presentations, and workshops.  The 14th ICF Annual International Conference will be held from December 2 - 5, 2009, in Orlando, Florida. If you’re not going, this is the next best thing (even better, because it’s a whole lot cheaper).

PLUS: An open forum discussion on the latest developments and benefits of being an ICF member.

And the best part is, THIS MEETING IS FREE*.  It’s our holiday gift to you. So bring a friend, tell all the Chicago coaches you know, and spread the word. We want the room to be packed so we can end this year with a bang.

Today, many organizations are finding four different generations interacting in the workplace.

These four different generations (Traditionals, Baby Boomers, Gen-Xers and Millennials) each bring their own unique and sometimes differing perspectives, values and communication styles to the workday experience.

In this presentation we will:

  • Define the four generations and their characteristics.
  • Discuss the workplace needs of the each of the generations.
  • Propose ideas to build a more effective workplace.
